    That's a very nice looking 455. I'll be curious to see what kind of power you get from her. Can I ask why you didn't go with a 10 qt oil pan? Are you running an oil cooler? I only ask as I found these to be priceless on my build.

    I'd have to change the engine mounts from a three point to a four point which if this motor blows up i will be doing to change to a BBC . I have a cooler for it , it mounts to the bell housing , thats next on the list . Gil

    Thanks Advocate , what the video doesnt show is the hour long bonehead show before starting with the classic distributor in 180 off , some of the back fires sounded like a civil war cannon lol . Gil

    Final timing check and carb adjustment and leak check , its got a nice lumpy idle at 850 rpms lol

    Its done and it got wet today . No leaks , water or fuel , i ran it for over two hours straight , took it easy , i spun it to 3800 rpm which around 32 mph . I still have to put more time on it to break in the motor , it ran solid not so much as a hiccup .
