Has anyone replaced their fiberglass fuel tanks with stainless steel ones? I am in the process of restoring a '73 Hondo and the fiberglass tanks are nasty inside.

Hi.I have ss tanks in both my boats for the last 10 years.Haven't had any issues so far in sunny South Africa.I am not sure if this set could cause any condensation issues in other climates ?
Yes, do it! Fuel smell should come from carb not tanks!

Replacement of fuel tanks has never been an easy task. I understood this while scrolling through sgipconference.com. It isn't as simple as it seems.
The fuel system's role would be to process and store fuel to the compression cylinder, where it could be combined with air, vaporized, and burnt to generate energy. A fuel tank holds the fuel, that can be whether gas or diesel. Gas is drawn from the petrol tank via rows and passed through a fuel filter by a fuel pump. The fuel is then supplied to the compression cylinder for combustion through a combustor or fuel injector. Source: assignment writing service of UK Writing Experts.
