Where do I find / identify this part to replace?

Hi Tearing down the engine from the 1980 Sleekcraft.
Found some good things and a bad item.

Engine had clear oil in it
    And turn over easy
The spark plugs look brand new
    The heads are D3VE-A2A
Intake is D00E-9425-C (weighs at least 50#)
All are no-molested and look okay
Haven't taken off the heads yet.

Found a water leak under the pump.
Anyone know where I can get a replacement part and do you know
    what part number it is?

*side note: getting the engine on a harbor freight 2000# stand is an adventure.
The legs on both the stand and engine hoist don't match up such that you can't
get the stand inside the hoist legs. I needed to lift the engine higher and then lift thestand (by hand) to mate the engine to the stand
cleared, then lowered it and spun it around until it the host legs.

Silly me, its simply the time belt cover.

may not be applicable but are the HF engine stand legs on the correct side. One I saw assembled with the legs swapped - it wouldnt roll, just skidded.

Looks as though you very likely have a Marine 460 spec engine. They used a few Cobra Jet spec parts in them, including that intake, camshaft, oil pan, and a few other marine specific components.
