    1973 Taylor SS

The time has come to start putting it back together. Last nights storms did a number on my tarp so I figured that's as good a place to start as any. Click image for larger version.

Plan on really starting this weekend, finish putting motor back together and in the boat and go from there.

OK. I can see the dilemma. But I have a plan. The hardest part is going to convince the crazy old lady down the street that her cats enjoy this....
First, go to Home Depot. Buy 500' of 1/8" wire cable. And some 2x4s and nails. Better get a couple of cinder blocks to. You will see why. Oh, and duct tape if you are low.
HHmmm....better get at least 10' of chicken wire in case you measure wrong.
So, its been my experience with back yard snooping that hamburg meat or even steak only buys seconds with dogs. No good. You will need hours for this upgrade.
The plan!- String the cable from tree tops in all neighbors yards.
    step 2: Catnapping (different kind)
step 3: Have 2x4, nails and cinder block shims ready.
step 4: Duct tape cats and lanyards to newly constructed feline zip line park. Let em rip!
    step 5:Release the hounds!!!!
step 6: Build new doorway.Use chicken wire to cover any gaping holes.
step 7: Welcome the Taylor home.

excellent idea Jason. I have also heard, a borrowed female hound in heat (locked in current garage) is enough for the initial garage door widening, as well.

Well in typical T8er fashion I'm far from where I want to be. We got a new (to us) house so now it's time to get on this boat. I've got a two car garage now but it's got two doors so boat won't fit so parked it in the driveway, neighbor stopped me when I came home from work the other day and asked if knew anyone in a black chevy truck, no why, they were backed up to your boat I walked over and asked them what they were doing and they said turning around I told them they were full of . I thanked him for looking out and today I put her in the back yard.
