    Looks like you got the bolts out
    The cable unscrews it my have a nut on the other side
    the dipstick needs to come out
    then slide a 8' 2x4 in the jet for leverage and brake loose the silicone...

    Thin hulls ,quick and dirty build quality , bad engineering , abuse. Is why it cracked.

    Old man sherlly layed down some nice puddles.
    Large areas of erosion were filled and flowed out in minutes
    impeller fits nicely with no grinding.

    Jet is the way . You could probably run your toilet and sink off the jets with all the water you could be pumping.

    A friend tried electric water pumps on a few road race cars and they could not...

    Picked up some 460 parts for the Marlin . Now the starter will stay dry and some Upswept harden manifolds .

    I have this 4 port bypass setup on one of my boats . It keeps the engine in the 160 deg range all the time even in 34deg water .

    Different intakes for high performance and racing .

    I need to visit with them again for more parts. I will discuss it with him some more.

    whats the depth measurement? I need one around 7 5/8 deep .Can you post a pic? I can get the starter.
