• Lamb Stew

    MMMMMMMMMM...Easy one pot recipe that can be prepped at home and cooked on the Coleman stove at the lake!
    2lbs cubed lamb
    sliced red, white or klondike potatoes (enough for two layers)
    bell peppers
    garlic to taste
    fresh sliced in half green beans
    lots of butter cut into pats
    worshister sauce (to taste or about 2 tablespoons)
    Start with one layer of lamb, one layer of potatoes etc..until half of ingrediants are used. Repeat
    Add worshister and cook on medium low until lamb is tender and a good stew is brewing.
    Serve to friends with good rolls
