When I got to Bill's shop tonight he told me about a new boat in the yard. Apparently it found something sticking up in the river and opened this boat up about a week ago.
The owner brought it to Bill today... Engine still full of water because it sank... Needs a lot of work to get it back in shape...

A little trailer repair will be needed too...

They must have hooked a strap to the dash to pull it out?
2797
Here's the hole in the top side...

And from the bottom...

:sign0068: Oh man, that sucks. It will be cool to see how Bill repairs it. It looks like it went through some plywood as well?

I thought the dash damage was from when they were retrieving the boat out of the water... I was from the post the guy hit, it came thru the floor and up into the dash. :zz22_yikes:

I need to get my co-owner Son on these boards and do my best to educate him before the Anthony is done.
It will not please me if he damages our boat.

Really coming along nice Bill! Its great to have someone in the area that can repair/rebuild these old Hot Rod Boats, instead of them ending up in the scrap yard!

Met the owner of this boat last week on a Delta Lunch run, with this boat. All I can say is WoW! The boat is beautiful! The repairs you guys did to the hull are seamless! Very Nice Work Bill! He is thrilled with the repairs!
