17477 I think the winning caption was give the "Advocate" a hard pack of Natural Light and a D-9 dozer....

Good thing I do industrial work. MSHA trained and down! OSHA don't know shit about fines or what a 6' vs 4' confined space trench is. And the dozer would probably be rented, treat it like it was my Moms.....Oh, and I have a vacuum truck available to pot hole the course before any excavation starts!

They used to cover these on Lucas oil "on the edge" jet sprints champ racing, but stopped this yr. I personally would really like to see these boats race too. It's very popular in central north west US. Boats typically are 13-15 ft and are packing about 800+ Hp.

I've seen these boys on TV. These dudes must have their innerds SUPER GLUED in in order to take those G's!! 800+ horse in a hull that can't weigh much over 600 LBS........holy crap!
I think that those are the ONLY boats that I'd WANT to be strapped into!
The lanes are only about 2 feet deep or so just so that when they end up on their lid they don't get their heads submerged.
The part that I'd be worried about is leaving the track and barrel rolling into some debris and having it intrude into the cockpit and being impaled on a fence post or something.......(shiver).

You get your new motor running and put a stainless AB impellor in your pump, a loader and tighten up it's clearances and THEN you'll see what these boys are experiencing! Lol
I'd venture to guess that you've never been that fast on the water before. I predict that you're going to be going to the butt doctor to get a portion of your seat cushions removed!! Lololol
